Similar to any formally structured organization, one responsibility of the Board is to ensure we’re acting in accordance with our Bylaws. It’s also a requirement of the Board to ensure that our Bylaws are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure they’re timely and relevant to our current environment. The Board reviews our Bylaws at least annually, and provides an update to ACHE National with any changes. The Board of Governors must review and ratify any Bylaws changes.
