Strategic Plan

One of the many responsibilities of the Chapter Board is to ensure that we have a relevant and updated Strategic Plan to guide our activities and tactics in service to the membership. The Board holds an annual strategic planning session at the start of each calendar year, at which time we begin the process of updating the plan document itself.  Over the course of each year, we refine our goals and objectives; update the achievements and deliverables of the Chapter; and share the document with ACHE National at the end of each Board year. We strive to always have the most up-to-date draft of our plan available to the Chapter members on demand.
