Description

Description: When individuals find their work meaningful, they are more likely to stay with an organization, report higher levels of organizational commitment, and critically, give more discretionary effort. We will discuss the 3C’s of Meaning: Competence, Contribution, and Connection, and how leaders can create the environment for employees to experience meaning. We will also discuss how the concept of meaning extends beyond the workplace to leading a worthy and worthwhile life. This event is limited to 20 participants in order to enable group discussion.
